The Worcester Storytellers
4th Friday of the Month
7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Annie's Book Stop
65 James Street, Worcester

The Worcester Storytellers Series has returned!  Bring your fiction, non-fiction, or poetry to share with the crowd.  We'll start the night with an open mic followed by a feature storyteller.  We are a pass-the-hat-bucket-or-whatever-we-have-that-month reading so feel free to bring some extra change from the piggy bank for the feature reader

Please note that this is a spoken word venue only; guitars, harmonicas, ukuleles, accordions, oboes, and yes, even percussions should be left at home.

To feature as an upcoming storyteller, please e-mail host Kristina England at kristina.england@gmail.com

The original Worcester Storytellers was founded by Dave Macpherson.  Thank you to Dave for establishing such a wonderful event and blessing its rebirth into the Worcester scene.

About the Host

Kristina England is a local poet and supporter of the arts community.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Worcester County Poetry Association and as an assistant editor for the Ballard Street Poetry Journal.  Kristina also hosts a quarterly poetry prompt workshop at the Worcester Art Museum called "Poets take over the WAM".  In her spare time, she also keeps a blog on her own writing process at kristinaengland.blogspot.com and, you know, works for a living.
